Luxury Booth USD2,600 / 9 sq. m.
Charge extra RMB500 for a double-opened booth
Luxury booth facilities: luxury booth decoration, one table, two chairs, two daylight lamps, fascia in English and Chinese, one wastebin and a piece of floor carpet.  
Raw Space USD 220 / sq. m. Minimum rental space: 36 square meters. No facilities provided. Additional management fee: RMB 50/m2. The booth should be built and decorated by exhibitors themselves.

Exhibition Procedure:

Apply for the exhibition (fill out the application form, submit application form, approved by the organizing committee) ——> arrange for the booth ——> payment confirmation ——> contract establishment ——> hand out Exhibitor Manual

1. The exhibitors should be in line with legal registration and tax payment and provide the copies of Business License and Organization Code Certificate.
2. The exhibitors ought to post the announcement of Fruit Expo 2020 in your company website before the exhibition application.
3. The exhibitor should carefully fill out the Application Form, then send it back to the Organizing Committee by fax, or email or EMS.
4. The exhibition fee must be transferred to the appointed account within five days. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee is entitled to have the booth removed and rearranged. 
5. The committee will send the exhibitor manual back once the remittance and bank receipt are confirmed.
